What is the difference between 'fanning' and 'bookmarking'?

When you 'fan' an item on StageAgent, your vote goes toward the publicly displayed count. Feel free to fan as many items as you like! Fanning is a great way to expose great content to the StageAgent community. 

Bookmarking allows you to privately save your favorite items to your bookmarks page. Your bookmarks are a great way to save content that you need to easily refer to.
