What is StageShare™ and how does it work?

StageShare™ makes it easy for theatre teachers to share StageAgent show content directly with students—without requiring students to create accounts or log in.

StageShare™ is available exclusively to StageAgent Teacher subscribers on StageAgent.com. It is not currently available to StageAgent for Schools members.

How does StageShare™ work?

Teachers can create a unique StageShare™ link for a StageAgent show ecosystem. Students simply open the shared link to access the available content—no StageAgent account or login is required.

You can share a StageShare™ link directly with students or generate a QR code that students can scan to access the content.

Each StageShare™ link provides access to the selected show’s available StageAgent content, including:

  • The full show guide
  • Character breakdowns
  • Monologue context and performance tips
  • Scene context and performance tips
  • Song context and performance tips

Associated content is included when available for the selected show.

StageAgent Teacher subscribers may have one active StageShare™ link at a time.

You can deactivate your current StageShare™ link at any time and create or activate a StageShare™ link for another show.

StageShare™ links automatically expire after 14 days.

If your students still need access, you can reactivate an expired link from your Teacher Dashboard. You can also manually deactivate an active StageShare™ link at any time.

Yes. Your Teacher Dashboard includes a history of your StageShare™ links, making it easy to review previously shared shows and reactivate links when needed.

Do students need a StageAgent account?

No. StageShare™ is designed to provide frictionless access for students. Students can open the StageShare™ link or scan the QR code and immediately access the shared show content without creating an account or logging in.

Who can use StageShare™?

StageShare™ is available only to active StageAgent Teacher subscribers on StageAgent.com.

StageShare™ is not currently available with StageAgent PRO, Basic, or StageAgent for Schools memberships.
