How do I cancel my StageAgent for Schools subscription?
To cancel via your teacher dashboard, do the following:
- Sign in to your teacher dashboard.
- Click on your name and then, in the drop down navigation, click on 'Subscription'.
- At the bottom of the subscription page, click on the 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' button and follow the instructions that follow. Note that you will also receive an email confirming your subscription cancellation for your records.
- Once you complete the cancellation process, you will still have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Note that at the end of your current billing period, your account will be permanently deleted.
