How can I edit or remove a listing after it’s published?
Once you’ve posted an audition or theatre job on StageAgent, you can easily manage it from your personal My Listings page.
✏️ How to edit your listing
Log in to your StageAgent account and navigate to your My Listings page. From there, you can:
- Edit key details of your opportunity
- Unpublish the listing if it’s no longer active
- Delete it entirely if it’s no longer relevant
Fields you can edit:
- Audition/Job Title
- Category (Performer, Artistic Staff, etc.)
- Audition/Interview Format (In-person, Remote, Hybrid)
- Image or promotional graphic
- Union and Compensation details
- Opportunity Description
- Audition/Interview Location
- Related StageAgent Show Guide or Organization Page
- Contact Information
Fields you cannot edit:
- Organization Name
- Opportunity Date Range (start and end dates)
- Promoted Region / Metro Area
If you need to correct any of these uneditable fields, the fastest approach is to delete the listing and create a new one with the correct information.
💡 Tip: If your listing is time-sensitive or needs a quick fix, unpublishing it temporarily can prevent confusion while you make updates.
