How can I receive opportunity notices by email?

StageAgent makes it easy to stay up to date with the latest theatre opportunities by sending weekly email digests tailored to your region.

📍 Step 1: Set your region

To receive relevant opportunities, you must first select a region in your profile.

Your region determines:

• Which opportunities you see by default
• Which opportunities are included in your email digest

📬 Step 2: Opt in to Opportunity Digest emails

Make sure you are opted in to receive Opportunity Digest emails in your account settings.

Both steps are required—if you don’t have a region selected or are not opted in, you won’t receive emails.

🗓️ When are emails sent?

Opportunity digest emails are sent weekly, but only if:

• At least one new opportunity has been posted in your selected region during the past week

If there are no new postings, no email will be sent that week.

📋 What’s included in the email?

Each digest features:

• Up to 6 of the most recently posted opportunities in your region
• A link to view all opportunities in your area

This keeps the email focused, relevant, and easy to browse.

• Double-check your region is set correctly to ensure you’re receiving local opportunities
• Make sure emails from StageAgent aren’t going to spam
• Visit the Opportunities page anytime to see the full list beyond what’s included in the email
