How do I cancel my PRO membership?
We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to cancel your StageAgent PRO membership, just follow these steps:
- Log in to your StageAgent account.
- Go to your Membership Settings.
- Click the “Cancel subscription” button.
- You’ll be taken to a page that reminds you of the great features you’ll lose access to as a PRO member.
- On that page, click “Cancel subscription” again.
- A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your cancellation. Click “Confirm” to complete the process.
- After canceling, you’ll have an opportunity to leave feedback to help us improve StageAgent PRO.
- You will receive a confirmation email right away for your records.
