How do I cancel my PRO membership?

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to cancel your StageAgent PRO membership, just follow these steps:


  1. Log in to your StageAgent account.
  2. Go to your Membership Settings.
  3. Click the “Cancel subscription” button.
  4. You’ll be taken to a page that reminds you of the great features you’ll lose access to as a PRO member.
  5. On that page, click “Cancel subscription” again.
  6. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your cancellation. Click “Confirm” to complete the process.
  7. After canceling, you’ll have an opportunity to leave feedback to help us improve StageAgent PRO.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email right away for your records.
