How do I post an opportunity on StageAgent?

StageAgent makes it easy to share auditions, jobs, classes, and other theatre opportunities with the community.

📝 Step 1: Go to the posting page

To create a new listing, visit:

✏️ Step 2: Fill out the opportunity form

You’ll be asked to provide key details about your listing, including:

• Type (audition, job, class, etc.)
• Application deadline
• Metro region (where the opportunity is based)
• Associated organization (if applicable)
• Description (details about the opportunity, roles, requirements, etc.)
• Contact information (how applicants should apply)
• Image (optional, but recommended for visibility)

Providing clear and detailed information helps attract the right candidates.

💳 Step 3: Submit your listing

Posting costs depend on your membership:

• StageAgent PRO members: Post opportunities for free
• Basic members: $9.95 per listing

Once submitted, your opportunity will be published to the selected region.

⏱️ How long do listings stay active?

Your listing will remain live for:

• Up to 90 days, or
• Until the application deadline, whichever comes first

After that, the listing will automatically be removed.

🌍 Where your opportunity appears

Your listing will be visible in:

• The selected metro region’s Opportunities hub
• Relevant filtered searches on StageAgent
• Potentially in weekly Opportunity Digest emails sent to users in that region (if opted in)
